- Dispatch Schedule: All verified orders (both store orders and winning promotional auction drops) are processed, quality-inspected, and handed over to courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Confirmation & Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email containing the logistics carrier name and real-time tracking number.

4. Free Store Pickup Option (Deesa Hub)
Customers located in or near Deesa, Gujarat may select Store Pickup at checkout to collect their items in person at zero shipping cost:

5. Transit Protection & Damaged Items in Transit
- Damaged or Tampered Parcels: If the outer courier box appears physically broken or tampered with at the time of delivery, you may reject the parcel and immediately notify our support team.
- 48-Hour Inspection Window: If an item is received in damaged condition, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending an unboxing video and clear photos to support@genniez.com or WhatsApp at +91 63544 65285.
- 100% Free Replacement or Refund: Verified transit damage claims are eligible for an immediate free replacement or a full refund back to the original payment source.
