- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account lifecycle to enable login, wallet rewards, and order history.
- Tax, Accounting & Transaction Records: Transaction invoices, payment reference IDs, and fulfillment records are retained for the statutory period required under applicable Indian commercial and tax laws.
- Security Logs: Server connection logs and IP access records are retained in accordance with applicable cybersecurity standards and operational requirements.
5. Data Principal Rights & Privacy Requests
Subject to applicable legal provisions and commencement timelines, users may exercise the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Access & Summary: View and access your personal profile, order history, and wallet records directly in your account dashboard.
- Correction & Updating: Edit and update your delivery address, name, or phone number in your Profile settings.
- Erasure & Account Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data, subject to statutory retention requirements for financial and tax records.
- Grievance Redressal: Submit privacy concerns directly to our designated Grievance Officer.
How to submit a Data Deletion or Privacy Request:
You can use the "Request Data Deletion" tool inside your Profile ➔ Data Privacy settings or email us at privacy@genniez.com with your registered email address. We acknowledge all requests within 48 business hours.
6. Protection of Children's Personal Data (18+ Policy)
GENNIEZ is intended strictly for individuals aged eighteen (18) years and older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of minors. If we discover that personal data of a minor has been provided, we will take prompt steps to delete such information.
