1. Information We Collect

When you use GENNIEZ, we collect only the necessary information to provide our services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo when registering via Google OAuth or Supabase Auth.
• Fulfillment Information: Full name, 10-digit mobile number, street address, city, state, and PIN code for delivering winning auction items and store purchases.
• Transaction & Bid Records: Order IDs, amounts, bid timestamps, and Razorpay payment identifiers.
• Technical & Security Data: IP address, device headers, and timestamps used solely for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and fraud detection.

2. Payment Security & Zero Card Storage

All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregator. GENNIEZ does NOT store, process, or have access to your Credit/Debit Card Numbers, CVV, Netbanking passwords, or UPI PINs. All financial data is encrypted and handled directly by RBI-regulated banks and payment processors.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for:

• Processing orders, shipping products, and coordinating store pickups at the Deesa hub.
• Maintaining live real-time auction bidding operations.
• Sending transactional order confirmations, dispatch updates, and OTPs.
• Preventing malicious script automation, bot bidding, and security threats.

4. Your Data Rights & Deletion

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal account data at any time.
